For over 35 years, LaTasha has helped women transform their bodies through fitness and nutrition. But after nearly 15 years of owning her own gyms, she noticed something troubling — women were doing everything right and still not seeing results. That's when she went back to school to study functional medicine and learn what was really going on beneath the surface.
Today, she leads the team at Solara Wellness, bringing together everything she's learned — hormones, metabolism, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle — into one comprehensive approach. She's worked with thousands of women across the U.S. and internationally, specializing in helping women break through plateaus caused by hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, and muscle loss.
Her work shaped the approach Solara is known for — one that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.
Dr. Christian Rank, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Christian Rank is a board-certified physician with over 20 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine. He brings a high level of medical rigor to Solara Wellness, providing oversight to ensure safety, precision, and evidence-based care.
Trained at the Medical College of Wisconsin and King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Rank has served in fast-paced trauma environments as well as in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, shaping his reputation for excellence and leadership. In recent years, he has expanded his work into longevity and regenerative therapies, helping clients improve vitality, hormone balance, and long-term health.
At Solara, Dr. Rank provides the clinical oversight behind every plan, pairing innovative wellness strategies with medical credibility so clients can feel confident in their journey from day one.
